Check out exclusive images of Infinix upcoming 5G smartphone

The next major device from Infinix Mobility is going to be a 5G smartphone. As per rumors, this phone was supposed to be announced back in the 3rd quarter of 2021, which was a little before the arrival of Tecno’s POVA 5G.

Anyways, for reasons unknown to us, we couldn’t see any 5G Infinix phone in 2021. But fast forward to 2022, the company is obviously ready to introduced her first 5G-enabled smartphone.

Few days ago, we told you about a 5G Infinix phone which was certified on FCC.io, revealing a sketch of what the rear of the device will look like. Thanks to XDA Developers, today we have exclusive real life images of this upcoming Infinix 5G smartphone.

As per report, the device will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G chipset, and the unknown display size will have up to 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will rock three camera lenses on the rear, and the primary snapper will be a 48-megapixel sensor.

The rest of the rear lenses are not known, but the phone will be capable of up to 30X zoom, probably the same 8-megapixel telephoto lens on the Zero X will make it on here as well.

Based on suggestions from other leak sources, these upcoming Infinix 5G smartphone might be called Zero 5G, and may offer Android 11 with XOS 10 out of the box. But there are no official sources to confirm these.

However, official certification document shows that the phone will have 5000mAh battery, powered by a 33W fast changer. Also, it might likely maintain a sided fingerprint scanner, and may go official in, or before February of 2022. We’ll keep you updated with more news on this.
