Gionee P12 Highlights and Overview
Gionee P12 is an entry-level smartphone based on Mediatek CPU. It is the upgraded version of Gionee P10m launched back in August of 2019, and come with 4G LTE network, which was absent on the aged P10m. The new Gionee P12 sport a 6.1-inches display with a dewdrop notch overhead.
Specification wise, the P12 is powered by a 1.8 GHz Quad-Core processor. This is the Mediatek Helio A20 SoC which come loaded with AI features. Along with the CPU, there’s a PowerVR GE8320 GPU, a 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
As for the camera department, you are getting a triple rear sensor, combining 13 MP + 2 MP + 0.3 MP rear sensors. The first is the main sensor with f/2.0 aperture, followed by a secondary depth sensor and the third low-light sensor, assisted by a single LED flash. At the front, there is a single 8MP sensor for AI selfies and FaceID.
It has dedicated dual SIM and microSD card slots, dual 4G VoLTE, a rear-placed fingerprint scanner, packs a 3200mAh battery and run the latest Android 10 out of the box. The full specifications of the Gionee P12 is detailed in the specs table below.
