Huawei Nova 8i Highlights and Overview
Huawei nova 8i is the smaller variant of the Nova 8-series. Although the model is based on Google Android 10, and run on Snapdragon CPU, but still does not ship with Google Play Services. The screen on the front is a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with 1080 x 2376 pixels. The panel is same IPS, and it come with a pill-notch cutout on the front, with extremely tiny bezels on all corners.
On the inside, the Nova 8i is powered by Snapdragon 662 octa-core CPU from Qualcomm, clocked at 2.0GHz, along with Adreno 610 GPU. The device comes in a single 128GB of storage with either 6/8GB RAM.
As for the optics, four lenses are used at the back, which includes a larger 64-megapixel main camera, a 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a dual 2-megapixel depth and macro sensors respectively, while a single 16-megapixel selfie snapper is kept in the notch upfront.
The aforementioned Android 10 is available out of the box. Painting option includes Starry Black, Moonlight Silver and Interstellar Blue colors. There is a 4300mAh on the inside with 66W fast charging, while a physical biometrics scanner is kept on the side of the phone. Other key specs of Huawei’s nova 8i is contained in the table below.
