Overview
iTel S15 is the latest smartphone from iTel Mobility, launched in August, 2019. This is the first iTel mobile phone to feature a waterdrop notch cut-out over the display. The device comes with a 6.1-inch HD+ display, with 720 x 1520 pixels resolutions.
Spec wise, the iTel S15 is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731E along with ARM Mali T820 MP1, 1/2GB of RAM and a 16/32GB internal storage, expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device comes with a dual rear-mounted camera sensors, combining an 8 MP Main sensor and a 0.8 megapixel secondary sensor. At the front, you are getting a large 16-megapixel sensor for selfie.
There is a rear placed fingerprint scanner, which is able to unlock your phone along with seven (7) other functions, like photo shooting, calling taking among others. It comes with support for dual 3G SIMs, 3000mAh and runs Google Android 9.0 (Pie: Go Edition) out of the box. I just purchased one of it and it was exactly as specified even though I paid more than was expected because I was already in love with it but then I was disappointed at something quick I don’t know if just move or that’s how it is generally…. I can’t split screen on it despite the fact that it’s Android 9, just which to know why because lesser versions can. Please wouldn’t mind an answer.

Hi…You should check your power management settings carefully. It looks like you have a battery optimization app installed that tends to optimize your battery at night times, thereby turning off some connection radio in order to save power. so check, there must be something related to the two above.

Easy fix: Download screen recording apps from google play store that support sound.

Pls, My MTN is not browsing on my itel s15. It says my phone doesn’t support automatic configuration when a configuration message was sent. Although I am browsing perfectly with my Airtel line. Pls is the phone selective? And what can I do to solve this problem.
You’ll have to do the settings yourself, this is because, MTN didn’t authorize it on all phones to be configured automatically. I faced similar problem but now understand the MTN system of network configuration.
Am unable to set the face ID of my itel s15 and that is because the the scanner is not scanning when am facing the camera.
It would sometimes scan to 33% or 66% then it would stop after a while I get the message time out.

My Itel s15 is suddenly slow after 5weeks and I don’t even have that many apps installed. What can I do about that pls. My 1GB RAM is almost full. what can I do to free up space. I have uninstalled alot of my apps and i have deleted pics and videos too but still. What do I do pls
Well, you may try a full factory reset. But mind you, 1GB RAM is not much, there just a single app that could eat it all. So even if you uninstall a couple of other apps, if that singular RAM consuming app/game is not uninstalled, the phone could still remain slow. You can try to monitor the amount of RAM each of your current app is using from Setting >> Apps. Then try removing the one that uses the most RAM (only if it is removable). Do this with caution though and at your own risk.
