User Reviews and Opinions

    1. Hi! From what i understand the device does not support 4G network! There is a previous message where someone talked of 4G LTE!!

  1. Hi there!!!
Thanks for the Post… It indeed was helpful. I just purchased one of it and it was exactly as specified even though I paid more than was expected because I was already in love with it but then I was disappointed at something quick I don’t know if just move or that’s how it is generally…. I can’t split screen on it despite the fact that it’s Android 9, just which to know why because lesser versions can. Please wouldn’t mind an answer.

    1. Its a PIE GO EDITION its like a lite version of android 9. Its like facebook lite it eats few data amd less features.

  2. Please i have this Itel s15, once its night, my internet will off once the backlight is off. so i have to keep my backlight on even when am using the hotspot on my laptop, anyone has solution to this please. how can i keep the internet on while the backlight is off at night.

    1. Hi…You should check your power management settings carefully. It looks like you have a battery optimization app installed that tends to optimize your battery at night times, thereby turning off some connection radio in order to save power. so check, there must be something related to the two above.

  3. I can’t seem to change my internet setting to 3G only on my s15?

Is that how it is or it’s just mine that’s got d issue?

What do I do to change to 3g only instead of 2g/3g

    1. If your 3g network is stable…..it will remain on 3g..i suggest you buy s15 pro…it has a strong 4g network…thats what am using

  4. My itel s15 is not able to screenrecord with sound can you explain why or rather help because I really want sound

  5. My itel s15 disturbs when play football games especially pes2o2o, the game cracks when other phone that are one 1G ram plays it perfectly, so whats the cost of it i really want to know

  6. Pls, My MTN is not browsing on my itel s15. It says my phone doesn’t support automatic configuration when a configuration message was sent. Although I am browsing perfectly with my Airtel line. Pls is the phone selective? And what can I do to solve this problem.

    1. You’ll have to do the settings yourself, this is because, MTN didn’t authorize it on all phones to be configured automatically. I faced similar problem but now understand the MTN system of network configuration.

  7. Am unable to set the face ID of my itel s15 and that is because the the scanner is not scanning when am facing the camera.
It would sometimes scan to 33% or 66% then it would stop after a while I get the message time out.

  8. My phone act like it’s freezing wen I want to charge as the same as pressing on it ..The touch start to break unless you remove the charger that is when it’ll stop

  9. I can’t view my videos and pictures on my TV because it refuses to connect via a USB cord…
..and can you please add font style where there is font size…that would really be nice and my screen record doesnt have sound please help with that

  10. My Itel s15 is suddenly slow after 5weeks and I don’t even have that many apps installed. What can I do about that pls. My 1GB RAM is almost full. what can I do to free up space. I have uninstalled alot of my apps and i have deleted pics and videos too but still. What do I do pls

    1. Well, you may try a full factory reset. But mind you, 1GB RAM is not much, there just a single app that could eat it all. So even if you uninstall a couple of other apps, if that singular RAM consuming app/game is not uninstalled, the phone could still remain slow. You can try to monitor the amount of RAM each of your current app is using from Setting >> Apps. Then try removing the one that uses the most RAM (only if it is removable). Do this with caution though and at your own risk.

  11. when i have opened any app and a call comes, my itel S15 does not give display the answer (green) button or red button, the ring tone will just be ringing. what would be the problem.

  12. There isn’t any live wallpaper app…. When I try installing an external live wallpaper app a message was given telling me the device doesn’t support such

  13. My Itel S15 network is so very poor, can’t make video call or download easily. eg 50mb application may take 1 to 2 hours. Itel should give me explanations on this.

  14. Why is my wifi slow on my itel s15 it switches off and on and it is very slow compared to other mobile phones i have battery problems too the battery does not last a day

  15. Eu uso itel s15, mas não estou satisfeito, é muito lento rede WiFi cai sem parar, bateria é ruím.
Estou muito decepcionado com itel, banda 3g.
    Melhores por amor de Deus.

  16. Itel is a good phone but if you love games I suggest you only buy pro versions of itel cuz the rest is scrap

  17. Pls I want to know if iTel S15 support 3g/4g network. And the latest price of this phone in 2021. I will appreciate it if you give me a feedback sir
