    • Khotso says:

That means you bought an MTN network locked phone…so it’ll only use sin slot 1 for mtn only…sim 2 can be any network but works if sim 1 mtn

  2. Thobeka Siyo says:

Bought hisense e50 lite and its said to have dual sim but there is one slot for sim and an sd card slot.Where do i put sim2?

    • Please note that the phone is using Hybrid SIM slot. So you use only 1 SIM + SD card or 2 SIM but without SD card

    • Khotso says:

Where you insert your memory card…so basically if you wanna use 2 sims you won’t use your memory card

  5. Laura-Lee says:

I got the same phone. My only problem is the phones light keeps on going on when the phone is moved, touch or shaken. Please can someone assist me please

    • Stephen Ekpa says:

The light that turns on by itself is a feature in most recent Android phones. It is called “Lift to check phone”. The purpose is to help you check time, date, notifications or to trigger face unlock when you pick up your phone. To disable it, go to Settings => Display => Advance => Lock screen => Lift to check phone, then flip the icon grey. You can also check Smart Assistant, under Smart Controls.
