No Screenshot i bought before re grating

    • You shouldn’t use the ‘R-word’ because of screenshot. If volume rocker and power button combination is not working, then download screenshot apps from google play store.

  7. Mistyl Dan says:

*How smart and sharp are the cameras?
*Can the battery of A55 last up to three days minimum?
*Which is more reliable between Itel A55 and P33 Plus?
    *Which is better recommended?

Please respond, I really need answers to these questions.

    • If Battery is your need, go for P33 Plus. THe A55 has only 3000mAh battery, while P33 Plus has 5000.
But P33 Plus is based on Android 8.1, while the A55 is got Android 9.0.
      Good Luck!

      • Mistyl Dan says:

I’ll say charging isn’t the issue. As long as it won’t require everyday charging.
But just wanted to know if the cameras ain’t the oily type. I hope you understand what I mean by that…

    • Trust me, you’ll not notice much difference between the camera on the P33 Plus and the A55. But A55 CAN NOT give you 3 days battery life because it has just 3000mAh. The battery on the P33 Plus Last far longer.

  8. shogo says:

please does it have this eye clear feature, and can it screen short?

    • Jessica says:

I don’t know what eye clear is but there are two ways to screenshot.
      1. Hold the power button and the lower volume button at the same time
      2. Check the icons in the notification bar and you’ll find one that looks like a scissors with screenshot written below it. Touch it to screenshot

  9. Gideon mukuka Chotwe says:

I can’t find micro usb in the connectivity settings… Please help, what can I do

  10. Aldrian says:

Pls i bought de phone but de front flash isn’t working, what could be de problem?

    • Jessica says:

There’s an icon above that looks like a lightning sign. Click it and you’ll see four options for flash. I thing it default setting is adaptable so in bright places it won’t flash but you can change that.
