The Nokia 7.2 is the latest AndroidOne smartphone from HMD Global, launched in September, 2019. The device, alongside the Nokia 6.2 introduced some interesting design and camera features. One of such camera feature, is the use of a large 48-megapixel main sensor on the 7.2, but contrary to the remour, the device does not have in-screen fingerprint scanner. It comes with a 6.3-inch Full-HD- display, with 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution, and has a Waterdrop notch cut-out above the screen where the front-facing camera is kept.
Under the hood, the Nokia 7.2 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 CPU clocked at 2.2GHz, integrated with Adreno 512 GPU, 4/6 GB RAM and 64/128 GB internal storage. The device is available either with a single SIM or dual SIM models, with 4G VoLTE network support on all SIMs.
On the camera department, the 7.2 comes with triple rear camera setups, arranged into a protruded ring circuit. The sensor used include a primary 48-megapixel camera with PDAF and f/1.8 aperture, along with a secondary 5-megapixel depth sensor, and yet another 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens.
While the device does not come with in-screen fingerprint scanner, it does have a rear-placed fingerprint sensor, with other connectivity options including the latest Bluetooth 5.0. It run on Android 9.0 Pie, and fueled by a 3500mAh battery with 10W fast charging. Other key specifications and silent features of the Nokia 7.2 smartphone are detailed in the table below.
