This is Tecno Phantom V Fold, the first foldable smartphone from Tecno Mobile. The device comes in a traditional 6.42 inches when folded, but soon gets enlarged to a 7.85 tablet-sized screen when unfolded. Both screens are AMOLED panels with high resolutions. But only the larger display is given 1B colors, 120Hz refresh, and up to 1100 nits of peak brightness.
On the inside, the Tecno Phantom V Fold is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ 5G CPU. The SoC has a max clocked speed of 3.2GHz, and it is backed by Mali-G710 MC10 GPU. It is available in a single 12GB RAM with either 256GB ROM or 512GB ROM. No space for SD card is available though.
Coming to the camera department, the Phantom V Fold is got a total of five (5) camera lenses; two (2) on the front, and three (3) on the rear. For the frontal sensors, there is a 16-megapixel on the larger display, while the smaller display is fitted with 32-megapixels. The three sensors on the rear include a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and a third 13-megapixel ultrawide shooter.
The phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. It is available in Black or White color. Note that the phone’s dual SIMs are 5G-enabled. The device itself weighs 299 grams, and it is preloaded with Google Android 13 based on HiOS 13 Fold out of the box.
