Overview
The Mi Mix Fold is Xiaomi’s first journey into the foldable smartphone world; a simple 6.52-inches screen when folded, but a tablet-sized 8.01-inches when unfolded. The screen panel is AMOLED, and it has Dolby Vision with HDR10+ and 1-Billion colors. The smaller screen has 840 x 2520 pixels and 90Hz refresh rating, while the tablet orientation has 1860 x 2480 pixels resolution, but with 60Hz.
The device is available in two material option; a model built with Glass, and another with Glass and ceramic back. On the inside, Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 5nm CPU. The SoC has an octa-core CPUs at 2.84GHz, along with Adreno 660 GPU, 12/16GB RAM and 256/512GB of non-expandable internal storage.
As for the camera department, the Mi Mix Fold has three camera lenses on the rear. These includes a 108-megapixel main lens with PDAF and f/1.8 aperture; a secondary 13MP 123° ultra-wide angle camera and a third 8MP 80mm telephoto macro lens.
The front camera is a 20-megapixel lens housed in the dot-notch up front, which can record videos at [email protected] and [email protected]
The tablet phone comes with a side mounted fingerprint scanner, and it has a 5020mAh battery on the inside, with 67W fast charging.
