Overview
This is Xiaomi Redmi Note 12. It is a 5G smartphone, the first to run Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 CPU. The phone is available in multiple storage options ranging from 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM price at $167, all the way to 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM, priced at $235 USD.
The phone comes in a 6.67-inches AMOLED screen, featuring FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rating and up to a high 1200 nits of peak brightness. The brain power of the phone comes from Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 CPU, along with Adreno 619 GPU.
Coming to the camera department, you are getting two lenses on the rear of the phone. These includes a 48-megapixel main lens, and a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor. There are two LED light on the rear, while the frontal camera is capped at 8-megapixels.
The phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. You are also getting a sided fingerprint scanner, dual Nano-SIMs with both 4G and 5G network support, while Google Android 12 with MIUI 13 is available out of the box.
