Gionee K3 is the latest smartphone from Gionee Mobiles, launched in September 2019. It is one among few other smart phones launched recently by the company, including the recently announced M11-series. For the K3, Gionee made use of a 6.2-inch HD+ display, with 720 x 1520 pixels resolution. It has a Waterdrop notch overhead, housing the front facing camera sensor.
Specification wise, the Gionee K3 is powered by an 8-core Mediatek MT6763 Helio P23 CPU clocked at 2.0GHz, along with Mali-G71 GPU. The device is available in two storage options of either; 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, or 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, with storage expansion options on both sides.
Coming to the camera department, you are getting a dual rear camera setup, comprising of a 16-megapixel main sensor, featuring PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor for AI gymnastics. Also, within the overhead notch, there’s a single 8-megapixel front-facing camera for your selfie need.
The device also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, have support for dual SIM slots, with 4G VoLTE network support on both SIMs. Okay… I think I’ve got mixed feelings on this one; on the exciting side, the K3 is fueled by a large 5000mAh battery, but sadly runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box. Other key specifications and silent features of the Gionee K3 mobile phone are detailed in the table below.

My bae gionee is back
Gradually Bro.
Please how can I get it to Nigeria
Please where can I buy gionee K3 in Nigeria.?
K3 is not available in Nigeria yet. Check on Aliexpress
Its not in Aliexpress too
Please, anything on gionee K3 M100?…. I saw it on jumia with slightly different specs could it be fake or truly another version?
I’m not sure of how much of a difference you are a seeing. When I check on Jumia, I noticed the major difference is in the Android version used. It is Android 8.1 on DroidAfrica, but Android 9 on Jumia.
This post was written back in Septemeber of last year, and the K3 just started selling on Jumia recently, so it is possible for the newer versions to come with updated OS. But I’m sure that the K3 was announced with Android 8.1 (Oreo), now updated to Android 9. So, I don’t think the K3 (M100) is fake or another version.
I bought Gionee M100 from Jumia to Owerri In IMO state around September this 2020
the screen got spoilt and I have checked round my side to change the screen but haven’t seen.
please where will I repair or change or even order the screen
Go to any gionee service center . Google the location closest to you
Why not check jumia for the screen, then go fix it in a phone repair shop after which
‘@Maryjane Oyinke, please I want to get this particular phone from jumia. I need your opinion. Is it a go for?
Does Gionee k3 support google play store
Most Gionee phone support Google Play store, and I think the K3 should support it as well.
