Before now, it literally unfair to compare the Tecno Camon series with the Hot series from Infinix as both are targeted at different segments of the market. Although, while both series remains midrange devices, the Camon counterpart tends to pack more punch in it camera and CPU segment than the Hot series, but the reverse is starting to be the case.

It all began with the Hot 6 Pro, which boasted a Snapdragon CPU, then Hot 7 Pro, with a massive 10-core CPU, and now the just announced Infinix Hot 8, now running on same CPU as the latest Tecno Camon 12.
