Infinix Note 12 (G96) Highlights and Overview
This is the Helio G96 variant of Infinix Note 12. This model should not be confused with the Note 12 G88 version. The key upgrade on this model is the presence of Helio G96 CPU, and the OS is now Android 12, not Android 11. But it come in the same 6.7-inches AMOLED screen with a U-shaped notch on the head.
As mentioned above, the Infinix Note 12 (G96) is powered by MediaTek Helio G96 octa-core CPU maxed at 2.05GHz, along with Mali-G57 GPU. The RAM on this model is now upgraded to 8-Gigs, and you can borrow extra 5GB from the built-in 128GB ROM.
As for the camera department, the lens placement is now altered from the G88 model, but the sensors remain the same. This includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor sensor with PDAF and F/1.6 aperture, assisted by a 2-megapixel depth lens and a third QVGA AI sensor. Quad LED flash is available on the rear, and the selfie snapper is a 16-megapixel sensor.
The model also come with a side mounted fingerprint scanner, and it is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charger. The operating system is Google Android 12 with XOS 10.6, while painting option includes Force Black, Snowfall and Sapphire Blue.
