In addition to its foldable design, the phone is also equipped with an ultra-clear 5-lens photography system. These camera system brings a 50MP main snapper with a super low-light-sensitive custom sensor, that delivers incredible image output even in lowlight conditions.
The device also comes with two other lenses on the rear, and two front facing lenses. The system creates an exciting photography experience made possible by the phone’s folding design, from enhanced rear-camera selfies to more immersive large-screen video calling.
The Phantom V Fold is being showcased at Tecno’s booth at MWC, and it will also be the only foldable device equipped with the Dimensity 9000+ processor on display at MediaTek’s booth, as part of Tecno’s interactions with its various strategic partners at the exhibition.
Although Tecno has not provided details on the phone’s crease situation or whether it folds flat, an IP rating, and other specs included, the launch of the Phantom V Fold signals Tecno’s entry into the foldable smartphone market.
