Oppo launched a new smartphone under its A-series in India today. The Oppo A54 was at first launched in Indonesia last month before coming to India. This launch in India comes a day ahead of the scheduled launch of OPPO A74 5G. The Oppo A54 is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, a triple camera set-up at the back, and packs a 5,000mAh battery.
The price of Oppo A54 starts at Rs 13,490 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option. And also, Rs 14,490 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option. In India, the high-end 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model, which has a MicroSD slot for up to 256GB, is priced at Rs 15,990, which is approximately $214 (US Dollar).
Oppo A54 has a 16-megapixel selfie snapper at the front camera with an f/2.0 aperture located at the top left corner of the screen. This smartphone packs a triple rear camera set-up at the rear, including a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel bokeh camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

The Oppo A54 is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and comes with support for 15W fast charging. The connectivity specifications on the device are; 4G, Bluetooth 5, GPS, Wi-Fi, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. This smartphone has been rated IPX4 for its water resistance. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Oppo A54 features a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD display. Also with it is a 1600 x 720 pixels screen resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate. A touch sampling rate of 120Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 89.2 percent, and 269ppi pixel density. It has three colors, Crystal Black, Moonlight gold, and Starry Blue.
The Oppo A54 starting tomorrow will be available on Flipkart, i.e., 20th April 2021.
