Oppo Reno Ace

The Oppo Reno Ace was launched alongside the Oppo K5 today, this device is the latest flagship from Oppo, it spot a whooping 65W SuperVOOC fast charging technology. It also comes with 90Hz refreshed rate display to take up the competition and at the rear of the Oppo Reno Ace, there are quad camera setup aligned vertically at the center.

The 65W SuperVOOC is said to charge the Oppo Reno Ace’s 4000mah battery from 0 to 100% under 30minutes, this is mind blowing! The Oppo Reno Ace price in China is set at CNY 3,199 (roughly Rs. 32,000) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while its 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option carries a price tag CNY 3,399 (roughly Rs. 34,000) and the top-of-the-line 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs. 38,000).

The phone is currently available for pre-orders in China in Blue and Violet colours, it is said to go on sale starting from October 16 through the official Oppo Mall, Jingdong, Tmall, and Suning Tesco in China.

Going to the specs, on the front, it has a 6.5-inch display, it’s a Full HD+ display which means it has a resolution of 1080 by 2400 pixels, the device has a PPI of 405 and 20:9 aspect ratio. It’s an Amoled panel screen with 83.7% screen to body ratio, the display is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 855+ Chip which has an Octa core processor clocked at 2.96GHz, it runs on Android 10 Q with ColorOS 6.2 out of the box and Adreno 640 for graphics or gaming. The processor is also paired with an 8gb/8gb/12gb RAM and 128gb/256gb/256gb internal storage.

In terms of camera, this device spot a quad rear cameras which are the 48mp camera with f/1.7 aperture accompanied by a dual led flash, 13mp telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, 8mp ultra wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2mp camera with f/2.4 aperture, on the front, it has 16mp selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture, both the front and back camera records video in 1080p at 30fps.

What is keeping the light on is a 4000mAh Li-Po battery which supports fast charging upto 65W.
