OPPO has officially introduced the Reno4 smartphone and OPPO Watch in Kenya. Both device were announced in an online launch that took place earlier today. The Reno4 which was the major highlight of event, comes in 6.4-inches full-HD+ display with above 83% screen-to-body ratio. The device has a dual selfie snapper hidden in the pill-notch upfront.

Under the hood, the Reno4 is based on the Snapdragon 720G from Qualcomm. This Chip has a 2.3GHz octa-core 8nm CPU, and backed by Adreno 618 GPU, 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
There are four camera modules at the back of OPPO’s Reno4 pioneered by a 48-megapixel main camera, while a the dual sensor upfront includes 32MP main snapper and a secondary AI-enhanced Smart Sensor.
The device under display fingerprint scanner, powered by a 4015mAh battery with 30W fast charging and run on Google Android 10 with ColorOS 7.2 out of the box.

The Oppo Watch on the other is a fairly large smartwatch with 1.91-inches display. The Watch support eSIM and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 CPU. The Watch has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of non-expandable storage. The Watch is able to track your steps and sleep, and come with fitness features such as five-minute workouts, fitness run, swimming etc.
There are generally two models of the OPPO Watch, a 46mm model and a smaller 41mm model. The version launched in Kenya is the 41mm model, which is rated for 3ATM water resistant CGG protection. The Watch has a 430 non-removable battery, available in Black, Glossy Gold, Pink Gold, Silver Mist colors and price at Ksh. 23,999 in Kenya, which is an equivalent of $221 USD.
As for the Reno4, the device is available in Galactic Blue and Space Black colors, and will set you back at Ksh. 39,999, translating to around $369 USD. The Reno4 and the OPPO Watch should make it to other Africa countries in the coming weeks/months.
