Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with Exynos 1330 CPU now on sales in Ukraine

Samsung has announced its latest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G, which is very similar to the Galaxy A14 5G (SM-A146B) that has Exynos 1330 CPU. The main difference between the two is the battery capacity, with the M14 5G having a larger 6000mAh battery and faster charging speeds of 25W, compared to the A14 5G’s 5000mAh battery and 15W charging speed.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G comes with a 6.6″ PLS-matrix screen with a resolution of 1080×2408 (400 ppi) and a slightly increased refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. It is available in 4+64 GB and 4+128 GB memory configurations, with support for memory cards.


The camera setup includes a 13MP front camera and a triple rear camera consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. Other features include NFC, a side fingerprint scanner, dual-band Wi-Fi, and a USB Type-C port.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is currently only available for purchase in Ukraine, with prices starting at ₴8,299 ($225) for the 4+64 GB version and ₴8,999 ($244) for the 4+128 GB version.

The smartphone runs on Android 13 and comes with various sensors including accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, zoom, light, and NFC. It also supports 5G, LTE, HSDPA, HSUPA, and EDGE mobile networks, and has GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo navigation.

The specifications above, are the same as what the Galaxy A14 5G (SM-A146B) model offers, except for the larger 6000mAh battery, and the 25W fast charger accompanying it.
