This is Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip5. It is the direct successor to the Galaxy Z Flip4 of last year, and it comes with some obvious improvements. It is now powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU instead of the 8+ Gen 1 on the Flip4. Also, the screen protection is now from Corning Gorilla Glass Vitus 2, and it boots Google’s latest Android 13 with One UI 5.1.1
The Galaxy Z Flip5 is available in two storage options; 8GB RAM with 256GB ROM, or 8GB RAM + 512GB ROM, all based on UFS 4.0. As for the battery power, camera specs, and main 6.7-inches screen, all were borrowed from the older Flip4, except for the smaller screen, which has now grown from 1.9-inches on the Flip4, to 3.4-inches on the Flip5.

SIM SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) is a small card that contains mobile network subscriber's account information. This allows the phone using the card to attach to a mobile network. The SIM card is most commonly associated with GSM and UMTS mobile networks. Moving a SIM card from one phone to another allows a subscriber to switch mobile phones without having to contact their mobile network carrier. SIM cards can also be used by a phone to store limited amounts of data, such as phone numbers and text messages. | Nano-SIM, eSIM |
