The long-awaited Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series has finally received a launch date. Xiaomi posted an official poster this morning showing the two older models in the series: the Note 13 Pro+ and the Note 13 Pro.

The Note 13 Pro+ has a rounded screen with the thinnest frames and an eco-leather back cover. The upper part of the back cover is painted in a different color, which is a unique design choice.

The Note 13 Pro has a fundamentally different design with flat edges and a glass back cover. The camera unit on the Note 13 Pro resembles the one found on Infinix smartphones.

The younger Note 13 was also mentioned in the teaser, but it did not appear on the poster. The launch event for the Redmi Note 13 series will take place on September 21.

Here are the expected models in the Redmi Note 13 series, including their rumored specifications.

Redmi Note 13 Pro+:

The Note 13 Pro Plus is expected to come in a 6.7-inch AMOLED display and powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC.

The model will have 108MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide camera, 12MP telephoto camera, and will come with a 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

The Note 13 Pro on the other hand is said to get a 6.6-inch AMOLED display, as well as the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC.

This model will get a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, and 2MP macro camera. It will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

Redmi Note 13:

Last but not the least is the base Redmi Note 13. This will come in a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC.

Camera option here will include a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The unit will use a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

All three models are expected to run Google Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box. We should get more more details and teasers in the coming days.
