Tecno’s Call of Duty POVA competition to kickoff from January 27th

Tecno, a leading mobile phone brand, has collaborated with Skyesports, the biggest esports tournament organizer in Asia, to host the Call of Duty Mobile India POVA Cup. This year-long competition for Call of Duty mobile will take place from January 27 to February 26, 2023, spanning five weeks on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday per week.

The tournament will feature eight of the best teams from throughout India, who have been directly invited to compete for the grand prize and the title of champion. The competition will begin with a round-robin stage in which each side will play the other once.


There will be a total of 28 matches for fans to enjoy, and the top four teams from this round will move on to the playoffs. The playoffs will be a double-elimination tournament, where the top two teams will compete in a championship game to decide the winner of the COD Mobile Pova Cup Season 1.

The tournament promises to be an exciting event for fans of mobile gaming, and Tecno is taking steps to connect with game enthusiasts from throughout the nation. TECNO POVA 4 smartphones will be used during the event to collect community penetration and develop esports activities.

Additionally, the tournament matches will be live-streamed on the official social media accounts in four different languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. This is a great opportunity for Tecno to connect with the young and enthusiastic mobile gaming community, known as Zillenials.
