It will even survive being submerged in up to 1.5m of fresh water for 30 minutes. Additionally, the Active T1 will also undergo MIL-STD-810H testing, preparing it to withstand various conditions like altitude, humidity, immersion, salt spray, dust, vibration, and drops from up to 1m or 1.2m.
The Active T1 is specifically designed for frontline and field workers, government employees, educators, logistics workers, and professionals from all walks of life. It has several features tailored to unique work environments, such as Glove Mode, GPS navigation, and facial recognition.
Glove Mode can be set to increase the screen’s receptiveness, making it easier to use the tablet with gloves on. GPS navigation can accurately determine your current location and provide step-by-step directions to your desired destination. Facial recognition can be used to track employee attendance in the office.
The Active T1 is also a powerful tool for the government and education sectors. It can be used to collect on-site evidence, manage class content, and facilitate retail transactions.
The Active T1 will be available in four colors: yellow, orange, red, and black. It is expected to be released in the coming months.
