A new Cubot smartphone went on sale today. The device which goes by the name C30, is a mid-range smartphone based on the Mediatek Helio P60 CPU, and come with up to 8GB of RAM and a large 256GB of internal storage. The rear of the phone looks pretty much like one of the many leaked renders of the upcoming Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, especially the rear camera pump and setup.
As far as specifications goes, the C30 spot a 6.4-inch display with 1080 x 2310 pixels resolutions. There is a dot-notch kept to the top left hand-side of the IPS screen, which uses 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Processing power comes from a 2.0GHz octa-core Helio P60 SoC from Mediatek, pegged with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The C30 is available in two storage option; 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM or 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. The device has space for dual 4G-enabled Nano-SIM, but you can only use one SIM slot if you are planning on attaching an SD-card.
On the camera front, there are four sensors assembled at the back; the main lens is a 48-megapixel shooter from Samsung (S5KGM1), assisted by a 16-megapixel wide angle lens, a 5-megapixel dedicated macro lens and a fourth VGA depth lens, while a 32MP selfie snapper seats upfront.
The device is based on Android 10, and powered by a 4200mAh battery. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, support NFC as well as USB Type-C interface.
