Xiaomi has just announced their latest tablet, the Pad 6 Max. This is the larger screen version of the Mi Pad 6 Pro, and it comes with a number of upgrades to make it a more compelling option for those looking for a large-screen tablet.

One of the biggest differences between the Pad 6 Max and the Pad 6 Pro is the screen size. The Pad 6 Max has a 14.0-inch display, which is 20% larger than the 12.0-inch display on the Pad 6 Pro. This makes the Pad 6 Max a better choice for those who want a more immersive viewing experience.

Another difference between the two tablets is the speaker setup. The Pad 6 Max has a total of eight stereo speakers, compared to the four stereo speakers on the Pad 6 Pro. This gives the Pad 6 Max a more powerful and immersive audio experience.

Finally, the Pad 6 Max has a larger battery than the Pad 6 Pro. The Pad 6 Max has a 10,000mAh battery, compared to the 8,600mAh battery on the Pad 6 Pro. This means that the Pad 6 Max can last longer on a single charge.

In terms of other specifications, the Pad 6 Max is very similar to the Pad 6 Pro. Both tablets are powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile CPU, has up to 12GB RAM with up 512GB ROM.

Although the Max model comes with an additional 16GB RAM with 1TB of internal storage. They also both run on Google Android 13 OS out of the box.

Both tablets gets dual camera setups on the rear; a 50-megapixel main sensor, paired with a 2-megapixel depth lens. Although the Pad 6 Max adds a ToF sensor to it frontal 20-megapixel selfie sensor.

As for pricing, the Pad 6 Max is priced starting at 3799 yuan (or USD 523) for the 8GB + 256GB model. The complete pricing for the four available storage options are listed below;

As you can see, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max has a number of upgrades over the Pad 6 Pro, including a larger screen, more speakers, and a larger battery. It is also worth nothing that both tablet does not support LTE network, hence Wi-Fi only. None of the model offers a fingerprint scanner as well.
