It has been a while now since ZTE last released a smartphone in the US but thank God, today, they launched the A7 Prime and Blade 10 prime.

The phone is actually a budget device with the main goal of reaching those budget people who just need a basic or a secondary handset. ZTE has partnered with pre-paid carrier Visible which will offer both new handsets in its portfolio.

ZTE Blade A7 Prime

The Blade A7 Prime comes with a 6.09-inch HD+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop notch that houses the 5MP selfie shooter. The smartphone spot a matte cloth-like texture paired with a single 16MP F/2.0 camera, LED flash and fingerprint scanner. The power button on this device is red which makes it easy to reach.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Mediatek Helio A22 chipset paired with a 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage which is expandable via the microSD slot. It also runs on Android 9 pie.

It comes with a USB Type-C which you can use to recharge the 3,200mAh battery, the phone will retail for just $99 and will be available later today.

ZTE Blade 10 prime

ZTE Blade 10 prime on the other hand has a 6.3-inch FHD+ panel with a waterdrop notch that houses the 16MP selfie camera.

Photography wise, it comes with a 16MP F/2.0 main shooter combined with a secondary 5MP F/2.2 depth helper. Like the A7 Prime, you also get a rear-mounted fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC paired with a 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which is expandable.The phone runs on Android 9 Pie and also packs a 3.5mm headphone jack up top.

3,200mAh battery fuels the phone and it just cost $179 and is also going on sale later today.
