Overview
This is the AGM G2 Guardian Edition. The key selling point of this model is the presence of a dedicated thermal sensor that can detect heat signatures up to 500 meters away, even through smoke, fog, or total darkness. This model also comes with a larger 12GB RAM option.
Like the G2 and the G2 Pro, the display on this G2 Guardian model is still capped at 6.58 inches. It is an IPS panel crowned with a 120Hz refresh rate. IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certifications are available as well. The CPU power is from Qualcomm QCM6490 SoC clocked at 2.7GHz, along with Adreno 643 GPU, 8/12GB RAM, and 256GB ROM.
As for optics, you are getting four lenses on the rear; a 108-megapixel main shooter, a 20-megapixel Night sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a fourth InfiRay ELF3 dedicated thermal image sensor. For selfies, the same 32-megapixel sensor is used on the front.
The phone supports NFC and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. There is Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front, and it supports dual 5G SIMs. Powering the Guardian G2 is the same 7000mAh battery, featuring 18W and 10W wired and wireless fast charging.
