Overview

The Tecno POVA 2 is the direct successor to the POVA of last year. The CPU is now slightly better, the display is now larger, but most importantly, the battery is now pushed to 7000mAh, the first of it kind from Tecno. Beginning from the screen, you are getting a 6.9-inches display with a center notch and 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution.

Under the hood, there is the Mediatek Helio G85 Chip, an octa-core CPUs clocked at 2.0GHz, along with Mali-G52 GPU. The Pova 2 has either 4/6GB RAM pegged with either 64/128GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 512GB via SD-card.

As for the camera department, you are getting four camera sensors on the back; a 48-megapixel main sensor, 2-megapixel macro lens, 2-megapixel depth shooter, and a fourth dedicated AI lens. For selfies, there is a single 8-megapixel sensors kept in the punch cut-out. The phone has four LED light on the rear and one upfront.

What’s more? The device provides support for dual 4G VoLTE enable SIMs, and fueled by the aforementioned 7000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The device has a side mounted fingerprint scanner, and runs Google Android 11 based on HiOS 7.6 out of the box.
