UMiDIGI Bison GT2 5G
Overview
This is UMiDIGI’s Bison GT2 5G model. It is the higher version of the standard GT2, powered by an 8-core Dimensity 900 CPU from MediaTek @2.4GHz, instead of the Helio G96 Chip on the standard model. As you would expect, the device is targeted at extreme outdoor folks, and it is both IP68 & IP69K certified, as well as MIL-STD-810G rated.
Screen option on the GT2 5G is IPS panel, held in a 6.5-inches with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, and the phone has a dot-notch within the display. Along with the aforementioned Dimensity 900 CPU, you are also getting Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, 8GB RAM and a 128-Gigs of built-in storage.
As for the camera setup, same setup is used across all models of UMIDIGI GT2-series. These includes a 64-megapixel main shooter with PDAF and F/1.8 aperture; 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with F/2.2 and 117° FoV; and a third 5-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. There is a dual LED flash on the rear, while the selfie shooter is a single 24-megapixel sensor with f/2.0.
The model has a Hybrid SIM options, with both 4G and 5G network. It is available only in Storm Gray color and powered by a 6150mAh battery with 18W fast charger, while Google Android 11 is available out of the box. The full specs of UMiDIGI Bison GT2 5G is contained in the table below.
