OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and Bud Pro 2R goes official with Bluetooth 5.3

Along with the OnePlus 11R and the OnePlus Pad, we also get to meet the company’s latest wearable audio equipment dubbed the Buds Pro 2 and Pro 2R. With Bluetooth 5.3 and support for multiple codecs, the earbuds offer seamless connectivity to Android and iOS devices.

Additionally, the earbuds feature Dolby ATMOS and Spatial audio for an immersive listening experience, and Google Fast Pair makes pairing quick and easy. OnePlus Audio ID 2.0 provides personalized audio, with an 11mm dynamic driver and a 6mm planar diaphragm driver delivering a frequency response range of 10Hz to 40kHz.


The earbuds are also equipped with pressure-sensitive controls, dual microphones for active noise cancellation, and a triple-microphone setup for call noise cancellation, as well as an anti-wind design.

The earbuds offer ultra-low latency gaming, with a 54ms latency, and the Zen mode Air feature plays white noise to keep you focused. The earbuds also come with a default equalizer and three customized EQs – Bold, Serenade, and Bass – co-tuned with Dynaudio.


The earbuds have an IP55 rating for water resistance, and the case has an IPX4 rating. The earbuds also offer dual connections and easy switching between various devices with OxygenOS 11.0 and later phones. A cervical spine health function is set to be added in a future update.

With a weight of just 4.9g for each earbud and 47.3g for the case, the earbuds offer up to 9 hours (AAC) / 6 hours (AAC + ANC) / 5.5 hours (LHDC + ANC) of standalone music playback.

The case has a capacity of 520mAh, offering up to 39 hours (AAC) / 25 hours (with ANC) of battery life. The Pro 2 also features Qi wireless charging and fast charging, which offers up to 7 hours (earbuds + case) / 3 hours (standalone) of music playback with just a 10-minute charge.


The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 comes in Arbor Green and Obsidian Black colors and is priced at Rs. 11,999. The earbuds will be available from February 14th, with pre-orders starting on February 7th, from, Flipkart,, the OnePlus online store, and OnePlus Experience stores offline.
