A tipster on twitter revealed that Xiaomi is working on a Snapdragon 730G Redmi Note 8 Pro. Speculations now had it that the recent Xiaomi smartphone with model number M1912G7BE and M1912G7BC that was certified by 3C China authority is the Snapdragon 730G Redmi Note 8 Pro and not Poco F2 as was previously claimed.
Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro last month, while Redmi Note 8 uses Snapdragon 665 SoC, the Note 8 Pro uses MediaTek G90T SoC. A lot of fans was disappointed as they are expecting a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
Now, it seems the company understands and they have started working on Snapdragon 730G Redmi Note 8 Pro. With this Chip, Redmi Note 8 Pro will be highly demanded in the market now as a lot of people loves Snapdragon Chipset.
Xiaomi didn’t touch the rest of the phone specifications, it still has a Full HD+ display, 128GB ROM etc. But keep in mind that Xiaomi hasn’t shared this Officially so take it as a pinch of salt. They might officially reveal it in the coming days.
